Squad Beauty Professionals is leasing space in a relaxing spa environment. ✨ We are offering 4 different, fully-customizable, spacious layouts that can be uniquely designed and decorated to accommodate your needs and match your personality. 💟 Single Suite Well-appointed suites designed with the stylist in mind. Ample retail space and cabinetry in some suites. You’ll love the comfort and ease of use in this suite! 💟 Double Suite Maximize your profits and growth in one of our largest suites! Large enough to share with a business partner or keep all to yourself! Ample retail space. 💟 Square Footage Monthly Lease Amount 11x14 $800 (Double) 9x8 $550 9x11 $700 11x13 $700 Requirements: 🌸 Complete Application 🌸 Copy of Government-issued Identification 🌸 Copy of Professional License 🌸 Copy of Certificate of Insurance 🌸 Copy of all Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) if any Hazardous Materials are stored or used on the premises 🌸 Security Deposit: 50% of Lease Amount
Cancellation Policy
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your seat. Your spot is not confirmed until payment and required enrollment forms are completed. • Full payment must be completed prior to Day 1 of training. Payment plans, if offered, must be paid in full before the training begins. • All payments are non-refundable. No refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or failure to attend. • One one-time transfer to a future training date may be requested with at least 14 days’ written notice, subject to availability. • Transfers requested within 14 days of the training date are not guaranteed and may result in forfeiture of tuition. • Attendance for both full days is mandatory. Partial attendance may result in ineligibility for certification. • This certification is intended for licensed medical professionals only. Proof of licensure is required prior to training. • Certification is awarded upon full attendance, participation, and successful completion of all course requirements. • By booking, you acknowledge and agree to all training policies.
